President and C.E.O. of Cagan Management Group and its subsidiaries. Mr. Cagan founded the firm in 1974 with a handful of buildings; since then he has guided the company's growth to manage over 300 properties nationwide. Recently Mr. Cagan has concentrated his efforts in developing new properties, primarily 2,000 units in Central Florida. Among these developments is Cagan Crossings, a traditional neighborhood development in Clermont, Florida and the Group's flagship property. Michael Daniels is Chief Operating Officer and Managing Broker for Cagan Management Group. Mr. Daniels has been with Cagan since 1984 and currently supervises the Management Division in Illinois. Mr. Daniels has expertise in the management of commercial and residential properties consisting of, but not limited to, rental and leasing of multifamily and mixed use buildings. He is accomplished in the management of high-rise, low-rise, and walk up properties. He has overseen the rehab of thousands of units with project budgets in excess of $4,000,000.00. He is also the lead professional in Cagan’s new ground-up construction projects in the Chicago Area. In addition to overseeing the firm’s operations, Michael mentors and trains our licensed managers who serve our Homeowner Associations and multi-family rental properties. Michael is often called upon by industry leaders to share his expertise in the field through trade shows, seminars and published articles. Michael Daniels is a hands-on professional who is available to meet with clients and employees at any time to discuss their needs. Michael earned his B.A. in Accounting from the University of Illinois and enjoys all outdoor activities, especially ice hockey, biking and downhill skiing. Mr. Gottesman is the Chief Financial Officer for Cagan Management Group. He supervises the financial affairs of the firm, including the review of all management statements to owners and investors. Mr. Gottesman joined Cagan Management Group from the accounting firm of Coopers and Lybrand, where he served as a senior accountant/auditor. He earned a B.S. in Accounting from Yeshiva University. 847-324-8928

Zach is involved in many stages of the acquisition & development life-cycle, including financial underwriting, project capitalization, financing, and budgeting. Zach also performs asset management activities on both the multi-family and single-family portfolios under Cagan’s management. These activities include financial statement reporting & analysis, annual budget preparation & analysis, as well as other custom client reporting. While Zach is heavily focused on the finance/accounting side of the operation, he is also involved in the day to day management of a few properties and helps with on-boarding new clients to Cagan. Prior to joining Cagan Management Group, Zach worked as a Development Associate at Property Markets Group in NYC. At PMG he focused on project management, budgeting, & financing of several projects at all different stages of the development cycle. Prior to PMG Zach spent a few years at Ernst & Young where he worked in the Auditing Division serving EY’s Private Equity clients. Charles is the Director of Cagan’s Single Family Home portfolio and is a key member of the Client Relations team. After graduating Cum Laude from Yeshiva University with a degree in Accounting, Charles spent several years in finance at KKR & Co. Inc. and First Eagle Investment Management. Leveraging his background in finance, Charles pivoted to a career in real estate investment and property management. Charles’s broad real estate experience includes, asset valuation, construction oversight, project investment, property management and asset disposition. Real Estate Broker

Bryan joined Cagan in 2002 working in an assistant managerial position and has since grown into the firms Director of Asset Management taking on a variety roles. Bryan works with a variety of clients, portfolio managers, and on-site managers in the operation of the properties. Bryan graduated from DePaul University earning a degree in Real Estate as well as an M.B.A. with a concentration in Real Estate Investment. Licenses: Real Estate Broker (IL and FL) CCIM

Vice President of Asset Management for Cagan Management Group's Florida Division. Ms. Shields began her career with Cagan Management Group, Inc. in 1986 as an Assistant Manager.
