Ivy at Fairfax allows residents great city-wide accessibility. Your walk to Whole Foods takes just five minutes, while Downtown Hyde Park Chicago lies two blocks south at 53rd St. Several bus routes stop within one block of your front door, and the nearest Metra stop is a five-minute walk as well. For students and faculty of The University of Chicago, apartment residents enjoy living along the UGo shuttle route. For drivers, we offer assigned parking spots for all residents at the community directly across the street for an additional monthly cost.

Pet Policy
Pets are limited by breed. There is a limit of two pets per apartment. There will be monthly pet rent of $25 per animal per month. In general, only common, domestic, nonaggressive animals will be accepted. No exotic pets, such as reptiles, ferrets, or potbelly pigs, are permitted.
Birds, if permitted, must be caged at all times, and fees would be required.
Fish tanks, if permitted, may not exceed 40 gallons and must be properly supported.
Dogs, if permitted: at a minimum, residents will not be allowed to have a dog that is a Pitbull, Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Malamute, Bull Terrier, Wolf-dog hybrid, Chow-Chow, or any dog that manager believes, in its sole discretion, is a cross-breed of or related to any of these breeds. We may also restrict any breed that becomes knows as aggressive, in our sole discretion.
Other animals may be excluded. We may require the removal of any pet that shows aggressive behavior. Pet rules apply to all pets in our community, including those pets that are visiting or are temporary.
