I have to say we have been more than surprised and pleased with Cagan and especially our property manager! I just wanted to send a note thanking Cagan for a job well done. We own and live in a condo in the Hampton Parkway building. Jossenka Carrillo is our property manager. We have an issue with a leak from the roof into our unit. I just notified the condo board and Jossenka of this a few short hours ago. Jossenka has already taken care of the problem!
