Jeffrey Cagan - President and C.E.O. of Cagan Management Group and its subsidiaries. Mr. Cagan founded the firm in 1974 with a handful of buildings; since then he has guided the company's growth to manage over 300 properties nationwide. Recently Mr. Cagan has concentrated his efforts in developing new properties, primarily 2,000 units in Central Florida. Among these developments is Cagan Crossings, a traditional neighborhood development in Clermont, Florida and the Group's flagship property. Mr. Cagan earned his B.S. in Engineering from the University of Illinois.

Michael Daniels, CPM - Chief Operating Officer for Cagan Management Group. Mr. Daniels oversees all management functions for the company. He has been with Cagan for 30 years and currently supervises the Management Division in Illinois. Mr. Daniels has expertise in the management of commercial and residential properties consisting of, but not limited to, rental and leasing of buildings, and homeowner associations of condominiums, cooperatives, townhomes, and developments. He is also accomplished in the management of high-rise, low-rise, and walk up rental properties. He has overseen the rehab of thousands of units with project budgets in excess of three million. Mr. Daniels earned his B.A. in Accounting from the University of Illinois.

Joseph Gottesman - Chief Financial Officer for Cagan Management Group. Mr. Gottesman supervises the financial affairs of the firm, including the review of all management statements to owners and investors. He joined Cagan Management Group from the accounting firm of Coopers and Lybrand, where he served as a senior accountant/auditor. He earned a B.S. in Accounting from Yeshiva University.
Sandra Cagan - Senior Vice President of the Florida Division at Cagan Management Group. Ms. Cagan is extensively involved in the design and development of new properties, including the Cagan Crossings Town Center, in Clermont, Florida. Ms. Cagan earned her B.S. in Legal Administration from Loyola University of Chicago.
